Heavy-Duty PVC Roofing Systems

Engineered for the harshest commercial environments. We install heat-welded PVC membranes that offer unmatched resistance to animal fats, chemicals, and extreme weather.

Specialized PVC Services

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is the armor of flat roofing. We provide comprehensive installation and repair services for facilities that require maximum chemical and grease protection.

New PVC Installations

We install high-performance PVC systems for new commercial builds, providing an immediate, impenetrable barrier against harsh environmental factors and pooling water.

Restaurant Roof Replacements

Animal fats from kitchen exhaust will destroy standard rubber and TPO roofs. We tear off failing systems and install grease-resistant PVC to permanently protect your restaurant.

Targeted PVC Repairs

Even the toughest roofs suffer mechanical damage. We use hot-air welders to permanently patch punctures from dropped tools, fix HVAC curbs, and reseal lifting seams.

Commercial Maintenance

We help keep your manufacturer warranty intact. We provide routine inspections to clear debris from drains, inspect grease traps, and probe seams before heavy winter rains.

Why Industrial & Food Service Buildings Require PVC

Standard flat roofs simply cannot survive certain environments. Here is why upgrading to PVC is the smartest financial decision.

Factory-Certified PVC Installation

Installing PVC requires specialized training and equipment. We adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines to ensure your system performs flawlessly.

Substrate Prep & Insulation

We strip away failing materials and inspect the decking. We then install custom high-density Polyiso (ISO) insulation boards to create positive drainage and maximize the building's thermal R-value.

Membrane Fastening

PVC membranes can be mechanically fastened with heavy-duty plates or fully adhered (glued) to the insulation layer, depending on your building's height and local wind-load requirements.

Custom Flashing & Welding

Commercial roofs are full of penetrations—exhaust vents, grease traps, and HVAC units. Our experts hand-weld custom PVC flashing around every single unit, ensuring these high-risk areas are completely sealed.

The Probe Test & Inspection

We manually run a specialized metal probe over every inch of the heat-welded seams. If the probe catches, we re-weld it. We don't leave the roof until we can guarantee absolute watertight integrity.

The Result: Unmatched Commercial Defense

When you invest in a PVC roof, you are securing your business against the harshest elements Placer County has to offer.

Decades of Durability

Backed by industry-leading warranties, a properly installed PVC roof will deliver 20 to 30+ years of reliable, leak-free performance.

PVC Roofing FAQs

Clear, technical answers to the most common questions facility managers and restaurant owners ask about PVC membrane systems.

  • What is the main difference between PVC and TPO?

Both are excellent, single-ply white roofs with heat-welded seams. TPO is highly energy-efficient and usually more cost-effective for standard buildings. PVC is slightly more expensive, but it is vastly superior at resisting harsh chemicals, industrial exhaust, and restaurant grease.

  • How long does a commercial PVC roof last?

PVC is incredibly durable. When properly installed by factory-certified crews and maintained annually, a commercial PVC roof can easily last 20 to 30 years. Upgrading to a thicker membrane (like 60-mil or 80-mil) will further extend its lifespan.

  • Can you install a PVC roof over my old flat roof?

In some cases, yes. If the existing roof structure is sound and there is no trapped moisture (which we verify via core testing), building codes often allow a second roofing layer. We can install a recovery board over the old roof and weld the PVC system on top, saving you the high cost of a total tear-off.

  • Will the installation disrupt my business operations?

Minimal disruption is our goal. Unlike hot-tar roofing, PVC installation is low-odor and low-noise. We coordinate crane lifts and noisy prep work around your schedule to keep your doors open and your customers happy.
